Resolved - On Oct 7th, 2024, our backend pipeline for Frequency cap were stopped, affecting ad serving from 09:35 AM to 09:53 AM UTC(18 min downtime) on orders/campaigns with Frequency cap enabled.

No impact occurred on orders/campaigns without Frequency cap.
