Data Discrepancy in Reporting
Incident Report for Kayzen
Resolved
Due to a technical issue, campaign performance metrics were not recorded during time period mentioned below. This has resulted in missing or incomplete reporting for key metrics including (but not limited to): Wins, Impressions , Clicks, Installs, post install events etc

Timeframe: 3rd Feb, 2025 17:25 to 18:20 UTC (appx. an hour)

Current Status: The issue has been resolved. However, the missing data from the affected period cannot be recovered. Hence, you might see discrepancy for numbers between third party and Kayzen platform with third party recording higher (and correct) numbers
