Update -
The Applist-related issue impacting campaign bidding and ad serving has now been resolved.
At this time, the only ongoing issue is that the auto-exclusion feature in the UI is not functioning. This will remain impacted until the issue is fully resolved.

We are currently experiencing a technical issue that started at 11:00 AM UTC, 26th March and is ongoing. The estimated time to resolution (ETA) is approximately 1 hour.
This issue is affecting campaigns where:
1. A new Applist was created and attached to the campaign, or an existing Applist already attached was modified.
2. A Placement ID is manually blacklisted via the campaign detail page.
As a result, impacted campaigns may stop bidding and ad serving may be disrupted. Campaigns without Applists, or those where no recent changes have been made to Applists, are not affected.
