Resolved - On March 23rd, 2025, our backend pipeline for Frequency cap were stopped, affecting ad serving from 07:15 to 07:40 UTC(25 min downtime) on orders/campaigns with Frequency cap enabled.

No impact occurred on orders/campaigns without Frequency cap.
