Resolved - On June 6th, 2025, our backend pipeline for Frequency cap underwent scheduled maintenance, affecting ad serving from 07:42 to 08:00 UTC(18 min downtime) on orders/campaigns with Frequency cap enabled.

No impact occurred on orders/campaigns without Frequency cap.
